With an endless vista of Lake Winnepesaukee, this Shingle Style home features a spacious Great Room. It has an indigenous stone fireplace with hand forged screen and tools, a custom made media cabinet that doubles as an antique armoire, and a generous seating area that can accommodate the large family who lives there. The dining room has a provincial draw table with leaves that pull out an additional three feet, serving more guests. The table and chairs are placed in front of another, two sided, fireplace that is table height on the kitchen side, enabling diners to enjoy the fire at eye level while sitting. The other side of the fireplace serves a screened in porch with outside dining and casual seating. BDA assisted the owners in every phase of this project, from space planning, casework and lighting design to furnishing selection and accessory procurement.
